	Take a print out of the form and fill in the details. Mail the same to the address provided on the form alongwith the cheque/DD for the quoted amount.
	In the case of payment made by cheques, despatch will be made only after realisation of cheque.
	For orders and delivery outside Chennai postage/courier charges will be extra.
	For orders and delivery abroad/overseas seamail/airmail charges will be extra.
